Terms of use

I love making tubes and graphics in psp, and I love sharing what I make. Still I have turned this section into a subscription area because it costs me quite a lot to be connected to the internet, and also because I have found my tubes on other peoples sites for downloading. I do not like that!!

The tubes in my members area are all drawn from scratch. For those of you who like to colour your own graphics, here you have access to my vector psp's and lots of lineart as well.

You may use the tubes for making any kind of graphics like, web sets, sig tags, awards, adoptions stationerys etc for yourself and for you to sell. You may recolour my tubes, for your own use. You may not pass any tube through ANY Email list..or group. You may not add my tubes to a collection that you are selling or giving away. You may not add my tubes to your site for others to download.

You may use the lineart to make graphics and use them the same way as the tubes, however you may not tube it and add the tube to your own members pages or in a tubecollection unless you purchase a tube license.

TUBE LICENSE TERMS

The tube license is a one time fee. The tube license allows you to tube graphics made from my linart, tutorials etc.. With the license you may offer them as tub. gif. psd. format as you wish. Still this means you have to make the tube/graphic all by yourself, not just recolour the tubes I offer on my site. When you purchace a license you will get a license card with an unique number and your name on it. This card you must display and link back to Irenes Designs as the orginal designer.

If you agree to my terms You are welcome to sign up, I inform you that I do not refund money because you regret that you signed up, this has never happened, but I mention it just in case!!

If you violate any of my terms, I will remove your membership and no refunds will be given.
